Episode 202- Speculation, Loot Crates, & Delays

Even though Oak hasn't had time to play games, Grif, Chicken, and Baka have plenty to talk about! From Overwatch to Just Cause 3, there's lots of stuff to talk about! The Sea of Thieves beta is over, but Reddit users have data mined the latest update and now there's TONS of speculation as to what will be in the full game! In the news EA's adding loot crates back to Star Wars Battlefront 2 because they didn't sell enough copies to start with. You know, because adding the thing that caused people to avoid the game will definitely sell more copies... Will EA ever not be a terrible company? Will they kill Bioware? Speaking of Bioware, Anthem has been delayed again. Is anyone surprised? All this and MUCH more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 192- Massive Maps, Lawsuits, & EA Everywhere

This week Baka's MIA but Grif's had enough caffeine to make up for the missing person. Chicken's been very tactical all week, from his four man chicken dinner in PUBg to the coordination required for Squad, he's been very militant. Is Grif too good at Cities: Skylines? And Oak's been testing the waters in Assassin's Creed Origins. In the news, EA's mentioned not launching a new FIFA every year. Speaking of EA, guess who bought Respawn, the devs behind Titanfall... Remember that loot cave exploit from the first Destiny? Yeah there might be something similar in Destiny 2. Is the loot system just that unrewarding that farming a cave is more fun than playing the game?  TellTale just laid off a quarter of their staff. What does that mean for the future of the studio and what led to this massive staffing cut to start with? And Activision is being sued for using the Humvee logo in Call of Duty games. CoD, by the way, has been using the logo/vehicle since the first Modern Warfare. So... a decade. Yeah.  All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 190- Let’s Break It Down (Down The Well)

This week Chicken and Baka just got into the Dauntless beta and had a lot of run playing that. Has Baka already finished the South Park game? And how did he get stuck in an infinite combat loop? Grif hasn't been able to play much this week, but her sister did finish Uncharted 4! Since she enjoyed the heavy story so much, Grif had her start Final Fantasy XV. Will there be loads of crying? We'll find out! There was a clutch play in Overwatch that has the crew all excited. And Chicken has decided it'd be fun to stream Dark Souls 3. He hates himself. In the news, Chicken is lamenting the canning of the Resident Evil TV show that had been in the works. Nintendo managed to sneak in the use of GameCube controllers for the Switch with the latest update. Microsoft has officially axed the Kinect. Everyone isn't rejoicing in the streets. Wait, what's going on here? And then the big topic for the week: Is AAA single player dead? Are developers more interested in the mountains of cash multiplayer games can bring in as opposed to the single buy of solo campaigns? We'd love to know what you think about this topic! Does Nintendo even care about the topic of single player vs multiplayer or do they have their own corner of the market where that question doesn't matter? All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Chicken finished Horizon Zero Dawn and was seriously impressed. Then he turned to something a little less serious for his gaming needs. Grif introduced her sister to the Uncharted series and she's set out on her own in Divinity: Original Sin 2. In the news: Will cheaters prosper in Fortnite? Will PUBg fix their servers and find a way to hold on to their ever-growing player base? Can you speed run Divinity 2? Can you pet the cats in the upcoming Assassin's Creed game? Will Blizzard ever announce another bit of Diablo content? And how is that TellTale managed to slip a real dead body into the latest Batman episode? Episode 166- Titans, Star Wars, & Nintendo EVERYWHERE!

Grif's on a sugar high, Chicken's loaning Baka money for war, and Oak is out playing with the Easter bunny. We learn that Total War: Warhammer's zombie dragons are dangerous and wasteful. There's a free mount up for grabs in WoW if you've got an hour to run around collecting scraps of paper. Titanfall 2 makes Grif fall in love with her robo-buddy. In the news, Star Wars Battlefront 2 has been announced and it will show off the Empire's side of things. Nintendo is all over the place with announcements from their latest Direct event. The NES Mini is no more (for the US anyway), ARMS &  Splatoon 2 get launch dates, and the Switch's Joy-Cons are being used to simulate boobs. Yes. Boobs. Grif introduced her sister to shooting & looting in Borderlands and now she won't stop looting! And of course, the first big enemy  in the game drops a legendary weapon. Beginner's luck?  In the news, some WoW players are mad that they aren't super over powered. Bioware is planning to make some major repairs to Mass Effect Andromeda. Players are asking for a mute button to quiet the chatty AI but there's been no word on that yet. This year's Call of Duty is confirmed to be set in WWII. Will this be a refreshing return to their roots or more of the same? And peripheral retailer MadCatz has finally filed for bankruptcy. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Destiny 2 is on the way but there's not much making the jump over from the first game in respects to player characters. Xbox has a new rental program on the way, but is it worth the ten bucks a month? Twitch is looking to offer streamers a little monetary kickback if their viewers buy games straight from their Twitch pages. And Blizzard might have over-tweaked Overwatch's Bastion during the last update. He's getting a little ridculous. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!
