From crazy passionate creators to just play crazy weirdness, there's no shortage of topics to choose from. Beyond the awards, though, we've got a little bit of news and opinions to share: Destiny 2's locking players out of content with the new DLC, Scott Cawthon stealth launched a new FNAF game, and Fortnite is getting a limited time massive 50V50 mode. All this and MUCH more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 189- Loot Box Plague

Oak's back! He's got lots to talk about on the gaming front, too! Baka's been playing the new South Park game. Is it as offensive as the last one?  Chicken's playing Prey finally and his experience is pretty different from Grif's playthrough. And Grif has introduced her sister to her newest addiction: Uncharted. In the news: LOOT BOXES! Seriously, so much loot box news. Some games have too man, others seem to be doing better with the pseudo gambling. Who is trying to be better and who is on the opposite end of the spectrum? And seriously, did someone patent a system to essentially push microtransactions and loot boxes on you in a kind of underhanded manner? Yeah. They did... EA shutters Visceral, surprising many. What happens to the Star Wars game they were working on now? And there's a new dating sim in the news. Next year you'll be able to dungeon crawl and then date the weapons you find in said dungeon. Because... reasons! Boyfriend Dungeon, just what the hell is it?! All this and more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Oak's back from PAX West and he has plenty to share! Rabbids, Cuphead, Eco, and more, he's got lots to talk about! Grif has some strange moments with her sister while playing Saints Row IV. And Baka let's Chicken down in PUBg. In the news, South Park's got a crazy difficulty slider, Blizzard's opening their own eSports arena, and there's a fighting game that pits Jesus against Buddha. The story that seemed to pull the most attention, though, was Destiny 2's new microtransactoins.  Will the consumable shaders and eventual boatload of DLC be the game's undoing? All this and more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 141- League of Changes

This week's podcast is a bit on the wonky side. After tons of tech problems, this week's show was recorded offline. There's issues with the audio and video here and there, apologies for those few snags. Anyway, the crew holds it together and talks news, opinions and more! WoW's making changes to lore. If you want to skip the spoilers, that portion starts at 12:00, jump ahead to 24:10. There's a game that's not an Overwatch clone but it does look really similar... Is it a copycat or not? Changes are coming to the eSports side of League of Legends and it seems like the start of a beautiful thing. Maybe this is first step to Riot making a the eSports world better for their players and team owners. And finally Ubisoft is making a few changes to The Division that they hope will allow players more freedom in their gear and builds. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 140- Assassin’s Stranding

While Oak's on vacation, Chicken, Grif, and Baka hold things down on the show! Chicken's been shiny hunting in Pokemon. He's had the game for days and still hasn't even started actually playing the game! Grif's in love with Bioshock all over again. The remastered collection came out on Tuesday and she can't stop fawning over it. Speaking of remasters, Ubisoft finally officially announced The Ezio Collection. There was quite a bit of Blizzard/Warcraft news to talk about just ahead of BlizzCon. A retirement, an upstart, and some hidden goodies top the Blizz stories. Kojima talked a little more about Death Stranding. "A little" is pretty accurate considering he didn't give away much more than everyone already know. Oh and now Kojima's got a cartoon drawn of him and some buddies that everyone's sure to recognize. Why? Because... Kojima? Sure, let's go with that. All of this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 96- Damned Ghosts and Naked AI

This week Red fills in for Baka and things get weird. Wait. Aren't they always weird? Our hosts talk about their spooky stream of Damned. Giggly ghosts and stone cold killers. That's all we'll tell you beforehand. Red talks about killing tribe pets in ARK. Oak shares his calamitous Halo 5 adventure. There's a bit of contention about new mechanics and story issues, but overall the episode is Halo 5 spoiler free! Now Halo 1-3 are definitely spoiled here. Frank O'Connor talked about why Cortana is naked in the Halo serious and honestly, it's a pretty stupid reason. There was an upset in the eSports world as pro League of Legends player DoubleLift was kicked from his former team CLG, and defected to the rival TSM. Pretty big news for two of the biggest LoL teams in North America. There's also an added dose of drama  tacked on by CLG's team owner making some less than professional Tweets about the situation. David Cage's new game Detroit: Become Human is announced and it looks fantastic! All this and much more on Infinite Respawn!

Episode 75- XCOM Fallout Collection

This week Bossa Studios announces I Am Bread's launch on PS4 with a rap song. It's... interesting. Grif started Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. No really, she's playing CoD. She shares what she likes about it and what she thinks they could have done better. Of course she also gets to talk about Troy Baker, but you everyone saw that coming. Oak's still working on The Last of Us and he's stuck in The Witcher 3. Turns out mutant babies are tougher than you'd expect. Speaking of The Witcher, there's a new fun fix to the cow exploit! The first inductees to the Video Game Hall of Fame have been announced. The Nathan Drake Collection is headed to PS4 this holiday season but not everyone is excited. Grif talks about her extremes in gameplay. Square Enix is working on rendering food that looks so real you can taste it. Because priorities, right? The thing everyone really wants to talk about: Bethesda announced Fallout 4! People are already up in arms about it's graphics and lack of plot. Isn't it a little early for that kind of thing? XCOM2 was also announced! Our hosts are confused about E3 dates, but they get it straightened out in the end. Black Tusk Studios is now The Coalition. Will the name change hurt them in the long rung? Oak offers to let Boss Key Productions head Cliff "Cliffy B" Bleszinski punch him in the face. Why? Reasons! Steam is now offering refunds on games purchased through the platform. Infinite Crisis wasn't actually all that infinite as the game is slated to shut down in August. Star Wars: Battlefront is offering customization but it sounds pretty limited. Grif recounts her former table top adventures and Oak decides he wants to start a campaign with his friends. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn!

Episode 60- Forced Amiibo Order

Grif's been sick all week, but it's given her plenty of time to finish a couple of games! Oak Tree started Far Cry 4 and has lots more Game of War stories to share! The Warcraft movie has come under fire about it's use of CGI. Do our hosts think the film crew will use the tech wisely or will it just be over the top as some suspect? GTA V teaches Grif that she still hates Golf. The Order: 1886 launches to mediocre reviews. It also spurs a community wide conversation on the importance of length in a $60 game. The Stomping Land dev goes silent after a highly successful Kickstarter campaign. Will we ever see the game in a finished state? A studio backs out of going to PAX East due to death threats. The mayor of Buffalo, New York is hosting a game design competition in hopes of finding a fun game that shows the city's residents that gainful employment and community work is a good thing. A Destiny player loses their characters after using PS4's new Share Play feature. Bungie's forcing matchmaking on players interested in the weekly heroic strikes. Darksiders 2 is getting a new gen update but will it remain a PS4 exclusive? Twitch announces a convention of it's own. And  our hosts talk top ten Amiibo! All this and more on this week's show!

Episode 58- Grim Valentine’s Fur Day

Oak Tree is back from vacation just as the rest of the Infinite Respawn crew is leaving on theirs! We say goodbye to a gaming website and one of our favorite animators from Rooster Teeth. We made a top 4 list other than our mothers' and Oak tells the story of an epic battle he watched while in the world of Game of War.  While Oak was gone, Grif completed Kingdom Hearts and Bulletstorm while all he could do is play a little bit of the remastered Grim Fandango.  Grif talks about Red's philosophical view on gaming as he got frustrating during the last part of his Conker's Bad Fur Day stream.  Grif shares that her parents believe they are now "video gamers", and that her dad gets enjoyment out of Uncharted 2?!  Oak tells some of his experiences at Disney and his dad's ability to just fall asleep anywhere.  People go gaga over the Persona 5 trailer, what do we think? Grif and Oak discuss bad guys and loathed heroes.  What Lego game is Grif excited about buying?  Nintendo is giving you Valentine cards?  This and more on Infinite Respawn!!
