Episode 73- Snowboarding Witcher Addiction

This week Oak picked up The Witcher 3! Turns out he's really enjoying it and it is awesome! It's The Witcher, of course it's awesome. Grif's still working on Far Cry 3. We think she might have a bit of an addiction to the Far Cry series. It's there a Far Cry Players Anonymous or some sort of 12 step program to help her? To be fair, she also made time to play Borderlands with friends, stream GTA V, and complete another Assassin's Creed 2 video. She's still the worst Assassin ever, though. Rockstar has filed a lawsuit against the BBC due to the GTA V docu-drama they're working on. Pac-Man and Bioware both have anniversaries. Blizzard showed off the first look at the Warcraft movie's orcs and they're opening Heroes of the Storm to the public. Borderlands 3 is on the way but when will we actually see it? Does a gamer's play style change when they're fighting real people rather than NPCs? Grif talks some serious trash about being great at SSX Tricky. Need For Speed is being rebooted and this time it'll have a real story! There's a money exploit in The Witcher 3 but can it ruin your game? All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn!

Episode 67- Divided Kombat Choices

This week Oak Tree taunts Grif with his newly purchased Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. Grif vows to strangle the life out of him even though she's still recovering from a cold. Our hosts answer the Twitter questions of the week and talk about their least favorite enemies to fight. Both Oak and Grif are working on Far Cry 4. The game is posing some difficult choices and it turns out our hosts are divided on the outcome. They talk about choices in gaming and the moral dilemmas they can cause. Square Enix announced Deus Ex: Mankind Divided! Grif's excited but Oak still has to finish Human Revolution. That slacker! Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 was also announced though it didn't make as much of an impression on our hosts as Deus Ex did. Mortal Kombat X will let players try out DLC characters before buying. The guys at Controller Issues tasked our hosts with talking about racism in games. While they didn't go too deep into the subject, they did offer up some food for thought. Ken Levine's new game is going to deal with fluid relationships between characters. Our hosts discuss what that could mean and it quickly becomes apparent which of the pair is the good guy and which isn't so much. Five Nights at Freddy's gets a movie deal. GTA V finally comes to PC but it's packaged on 7 discs for those getting the physical copy! LEGO is making a Skylanders-esque game. 16 year old Age of Empires 2 is getting new DLC. WoW game time tokens are out and the price has been fluctuating like crazy! Conker gets a revival inside Project Spark. And our hosts come full circle and wind things down with a chat about the wildlife in Far Cry 4. All this and much more on Infinite Respawn!

Episode 66- Sunset Overlords & Angry Honey Badgers

This week things get a little crazy. Actually, maybe that's just the norm for our hosts at this point. Regardless, there's lots to talk about! Grif has had a change of heart and has also apparently become our new Overlord. All Hail Grif? Oak's been working on Far Cry 4 and the wildlife still hates him. Grif started Far Cry 4 but she's having a little trouble with the main character. She's also still dying to get her hands on Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. Will Oak end up picking it up before her? The main news this week revolves around Nintendo. Their most recently announced Amiibo wave is already sold out! Splatoon and Mario Maker get release dates and both of our hosts are excited to get their hands on these games. So much so that Oak Tree proposes a community event within Mario Maker! Attack on Titan has a 3DS game on the way. There's news that didn't really seem like "news" dealing with Batman Arkham Knight and the upcoming Gears of War game. Sunset Overdrive gets a price drop and Oak might finally go pick it up. Oak and Grif come up with a new game for the show. It's like Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon only instead of KB, they swap in industry juggernauts Troy Baker and Laura Bailey. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn!

Episode 63- Endearing Horse Heist

Battlefield Hardline shows off a light-hearted easter egg in their otherwise dark and gritty game in the form on drivable couches. Grif finally takes the pluge and joins the world of Skyrim. Dragon fails, companion complaints, and a plethora of other stories seem to indicate she's enjoying her new addiction. She also now wants horses as a travel option in every game, but this might mean she has to exclude some people from her multiplayer games. Sony's being less than helpful to a PSN member whose account was stolen. Our host talk about their most anticipated games of all time. Japan will be hosting Amiibo Super Smash Bros tournaments. Uncharted 4 is delayed, but is that really a bad thing? Goat Simulator is coming to Xbox One and Xbox 360. GTA's new Heists are finally online, but they broke the servers on the first day. How did this prevent Grif from taking care of her newest "pet"? Far Cry 4 gets Yetis. Can bad guys be creepy and endearing?  Oculus Rift is getting an addon that will introduce smells to the VR experience. This War Of Mine gets new DLC and the proceeds go to charity. All of this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn!

Episode 61- The Kirby vs Batman Movie

This week Twitch plays Halo and it's awful. Oak Tree picks up Shadow Warrior and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. GameFly is messing with Grif. Everyone's loving the new DJ Sona skin from League of Legends. We say goodbye to Sci-Fi icon Leonard Nimoy. Batman: Arkham Knight gets a new trailer and an M rating. Our hosts share your replies to our Twitter questions of the week about video game movies, interesting cosplays, and more. Does the possibility of multiple endings change your gameplay? We discuss what TellTale's The Walking Dead and Bioware's Mass Effect have in common. TellTale's also in the news for their recent deal with Lionsgate. What is a "super show" and will it be as successful as they hope? Our hosts discuss which of the upcoming video game based movies might actually be decent. Hyrule Warriors gets some interesting DLC. And game mechanics are not always meant to be workable in the real world. Shocker. This and more on this week's Infinite Respawn!

Episode 60- Forced Amiibo Order

Grif's been sick all week, but it's given her plenty of time to finish a couple of games! Oak Tree started Far Cry 4 and has lots more Game of War stories to share! The Warcraft movie has come under fire about it's use of CGI. Do our hosts think the film crew will use the tech wisely or will it just be over the top as some suspect? GTA V teaches Grif that she still hates Golf. The Order: 1886 launches to mediocre reviews. It also spurs a community wide conversation on the importance of length in a $60 game. The Stomping Land dev goes silent after a highly successful Kickstarter campaign. Will we ever see the game in a finished state? A studio backs out of going to PAX East due to death threats. The mayor of Buffalo, New York is hosting a game design competition in hopes of finding a fun game that shows the city's residents that gainful employment and community work is a good thing. A Destiny player loses their characters after using PS4's new Share Play feature. Bungie's forcing matchmaking on players interested in the weekly heroic strikes. Darksiders 2 is getting a new gen update but will it remain a PS4 exclusive? Twitch announces a convention of it's own. And  our hosts talk top ten Amiibo! All this and more on this week's show!

Episode 58- Grim Valentine’s Fur Day

Oak Tree is back from vacation just as the rest of the Infinite Respawn crew is leaving on theirs! We say goodbye to a gaming website and one of our favorite animators from Rooster Teeth. We made a top 4 list other than our mothers' and Oak tells the story of an epic battle he watched while in the world of Game of War.  While Oak was gone, Grif completed Kingdom Hearts and Bulletstorm while all he could do is play a little bit of the remastered Grim Fandango.  Grif talks about Red's philosophical view on gaming as he got frustrating during the last part of his Conker's Bad Fur Day stream.  Grif shares that her parents believe they are now "video gamers", and that her dad gets enjoyment out of Uncharted 2?!  Oak tells some of his experiences at Disney and his dad's ability to just fall asleep anywhere.  People go gaga over the Persona 5 trailer, what do we think? Grif and Oak discuss bad guys and loathed heroes.  What Lego game is Grif excited about buying?  Nintendo is giving you Valentine cards?  This and more on Infinite Respawn!!
