From crazy passionate creators to just play crazy weirdness, there's no shortage of topics to choose from. Beyond the awards, though, we've got a little bit of news and opinions to share: Destiny 2's locking players out of content with the new DLC, Scott Cawthon stealth launched a new FNAF game, and Fortnite is getting a limited time massive 50V50 mode. All this and MUCH more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 195- Cereal, Loot Boxes, & Star Wars Puns

Grif gets a new PC (mostly), Chicken and Oak played a game together (shocking!), and Baka gets to be a Star Wars nerd. Speaking of Star Wars, guess what's still in the news! More SWBF2 controversy due to EA and their continued argument about needing their microtransactions. Grif makes possibly the best and worst pun of all time while the crew brainstorms better ways for SWBF2 to make money on the side. EA isn't the only company in hot water about microtransactions this week. Hi-Res, the studio behind Paladins, is introducing their own loot box based progression system and it has not be well received. And Nintendo is now getting into the cereal game and simultaneously introducing a new amiibo. The box is the amiibo. Yes really. All this and MUCH more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 193- EA, Gambling, & Greed Wars

There's no shortage of opinions on this week's show! The crew briefly talks about a few minor bits of news and then everything devolves into the Battlefront 2 debacle. The issue was such a bit topic we devoted over half the show to discussing and debating the issues revolving around EA's latest Star Wars game.

Episode 192- Massive Maps, Lawsuits, & EA Everywhere

This week Baka's MIA but Grif's had enough caffeine to make up for the missing person. Chicken's been very tactical all week, from his four man chicken dinner in PUBg to the coordination required for Squad, he's been very militant. Is Grif too good at Cities: Skylines? And Oak's been testing the waters in Assassin's Creed Origins. In the news, EA's mentioned not launching a new FIFA every year. Speaking of EA, guess who bought Respawn, the devs behind Titanfall... Remember that loot cave exploit from the first Destiny? Yeah there might be something similar in Destiny 2. Is the loot system just that unrewarding that farming a cave is more fun than playing the game?  TellTale just laid off a quarter of their staff. What does that mean for the future of the studio and what led to this massive staffing cut to start with? And Activision is being sued for using the Humvee logo in Call of Duty games. CoD, by the way, has been using the logo/vehicle since the first Modern Warfare. So... a decade. Yeah.  All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 191- Paris Games Week and BlizzCon!

As you can likely guess from the title, this week's show is mainly about Paris Games Week & BlizzCon news! Before we dive into that, though, Oak's got plenty of gaming to talking about. He's been pretty busy lately with AC Origins, Mario Odyssey, & more! In the news, SO MUCH GOODNESS! A new trailer for Detroit: Become Human, news about a new Overwatch hero, and lots of Sony VR, so exciting! For all you Warcraft fans, the next big expansion was announced and Vanilla WoW servers were confirmed at BlizzCon! We couldn't be more ecstatic! So much epic news this week, the show actually ran a little long! Enjoy!

Episode 190- Let’s Break It Down (Down The Well)

This week Chicken and Baka just got into the Dauntless beta and had a lot of run playing that. Has Baka already finished the South Park game? And how did he get stuck in an infinite combat loop? Grif hasn't been able to play much this week, but her sister did finish Uncharted 4! Since she enjoyed the heavy story so much, Grif had her start Final Fantasy XV. Will there be loads of crying? We'll find out! There was a clutch play in Overwatch that has the crew all excited. And Chicken has decided it'd be fun to stream Dark Souls 3. He hates himself. In the news, Chicken is lamenting the canning of the Resident Evil TV show that had been in the works. Nintendo managed to sneak in the use of GameCube controllers for the Switch with the latest update. Microsoft has officially axed the Kinect. Everyone isn't rejoicing in the streets. Wait, what's going on here? And then the big topic for the week: Is AAA single player dead? Are developers more interested in the mountains of cash multiplayer games can bring in as opposed to the single buy of solo campaigns? We'd love to know what you think about this topic! Does Nintendo even care about the topic of single player vs multiplayer or do they have their own corner of the market where that question doesn't matter? All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 189- Loot Box Plague

Oak's back! He's got lots to talk about on the gaming front, too! Baka's been playing the new South Park game. Is it as offensive as the last one?  Chicken's playing Prey finally and his experience is pretty different from Grif's playthrough. And Grif has introduced her sister to her newest addiction: Uncharted. In the news: LOOT BOXES! Seriously, so much loot box news. Some games have too man, others seem to be doing better with the pseudo gambling. Who is trying to be better and who is on the opposite end of the spectrum? And seriously, did someone patent a system to essentially push microtransactions and loot boxes on you in a kind of underhanded manner? Yeah. They did... EA shutters Visceral, surprising many. What happens to the Star Wars game they were working on now? And there's a new dating sim in the news. Next year you'll be able to dungeon crawl and then date the weapons you find in said dungeon. Because... reasons! Boyfriend Dungeon, just what the hell is it?! All this and more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 188- Petting Cats, Missing Diablo, and Speed Running RPGs

Oak's away, but Grif, Chicken, and Baka have plenty to chat about! Baka's been cheesing fights in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. When he's not being cheap in fighting games, Baka's been filling his week with multiplayer stuff like Fortnite's Battle Royale mode and Minion Masters with Chicken. Chicken finished Horizon Zero Dawn and was seriously impressed. Then he turned to something a little less serious for his gaming needs. Grif introduced her sister to the Uncharted series and she's set out on her own in Divinity: Original Sin 2. In the news: Will cheaters prosper in Fortnite? Will PUBg fix their servers and find a way to hold on to their ever-growing player base? Can you speed run Divinity 2? Can you pet the cats in the upcoming Assassin's Creed game? Will Blizzard ever announce another bit of Diablo content? And how is that TellTale managed to slip a real dead body into the latest Batman episode? All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 186- Salty Devs, Salty Platforms, Salty Everything!

Oak's all about the Rabbids this week. Chicken finally got to pick up Horizon Zero Dawn and he is not disappointed! Grif and her sis raged at MarioKart because that's just what you do. And how is Chicken so ok with spoilers? Is he just weird? In the news: the creator of PUBg is a bit salty about Fortnite's new battle royal mode. Speaking of Fortnite, someone at Epic fell asleep at the wheel and accidentally allowed cross-platform play between Xbox and PS4. Turns out the world didn't end & children everywhere weren't scared for life. Weird! Will Sony ever be ok with letting their players hang out with other console users? What's their real hang up, anyway? Time to discuss! Steam changed the user review system again. It's awesome! And there's a cat dating sim on the way. Yes, just let that sink in for a moment... All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 185- Sheer Divinity, Toxic Jerks, & Copyright Quandaries

Oak's found a new addiction with Rimworld. Grif finished Final Fantasy XV. She cried. A lot. And then she laughed along with her sister at the hilarity that is Trials Fusion. Chicken started a trend among his friends by returning to Path of Exile. Baka might have finally met his Blood Bowl match. And Chicken, Grif, Baka, & Red have started Divinity 2! Time for more RPG fun times! In the news Blizzard is spending more time on curbing toxic behavior that it is on actual game development for Overwatch. Why is it so hard for people to be decent to each other? Blizzard's also in the news for launching their charity pet event early this year to get a jump start on helping those in need after several natural disasters. Destiny 2 has sold less physical copies than its predecessor. Then again the PC version hasn't launched yet and digital purchases are up. And PewDiePie said something stupid... Again. But does his stupidity warrant devs punishing him by posting copyright claims on his older, unrelated videos? All this and more on this week's Infinite Repsawn Podcast!

Oak's back from PAX West and he has plenty to share! Rabbids, Cuphead, Eco, and more, he's got lots to talk about! Grif has some strange moments with her sister while playing Saints Row IV. And Baka let's Chicken down in PUBg. In the news, South Park's got a crazy difficulty slider, Blizzard's opening their own eSports arena, and there's a fighting game that pits Jesus against Buddha. The story that seemed to pull the most attention, though, was Destiny 2's new microtransactoins.  Will the consumable shaders and eventual boatload of DLC be the game's undoing? All this and more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 182- New Cinematics, Approved Pirating, & Shelved Series

This week Chicken finally finished Resident Evil 7. Did it live up to all of his expectations? Baka got his first chicken dinner in PUBg! Oak started Uncharted: Lost Legacy and is enjoying the badass ladies! Grif finally started and finished Uncharted 4. She's being picky about the two things that she had issue with but did those things lessen her enjoyment of the story? Uncharted 4 spoilers from 20:26 to 26:45.  In the news, Blizzard had lots to show off this week. There's a new Hearthstone cinematic, Overwatch's Mei got a story cinematic, and Junkrat & Roadhog got a short to announce the new map, Junkertown. The developers of Darkwood have put their game up to be pirated but they have a decent reason as to why. THQ Nordic showed off a bit of gameplay from their upcoming title Biomutant. FF15 is getting and Assassin's Creed event. And apparently the Mass Effect series isn't completely dead, it's just been sidelined for a while. All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 181- Bunkers, Rednecks, & a Lack of DLC

Oak has managed to avoid a permadeath situation in Hellblade. There's still time for him to fail it up though! Baka and Chicken have been on a PUBg binge and they just can't keep quiet about it! Between bouts of PUBg, Chicken managed to start Resident Evil 7. He does his impression of the main villain and everyone dies. Yeah. Grif also started RE7 and scared herself. Now she can't play alone! In the continuing SisLynam stories, this week Grif suffers a hit and run at the hands of her sister in Saints Row. In the news, Sony's still not willing to allow cross-platform play. Is anyone really surprised? Mass Effect Andromeda is getting it's final single-player update before Bioware stops support of the game. That's right, no DLC or future plans after MEA's lackluster performance. That opens up discussion for how games fail at carrying on past a main trilogy. Does anyone do it successfully? Blizzard brings back Battle.net, again surprising no one. Skaven have come to Total War Warhammer! Baka and Chicken are super excited! All that and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!

Episode 171- Sticky Bombs & Bags of Snakes

Everyone's pretty impressed with the new Friday the 13th game after watching a few streamers play it. No one's picked it up yet, though. Will they pick it up soon? Grif has lots of stories this week for what she's been playing. She's introduced her sister to Dying Light and GTA V. Things are ... interesting. In the news, we finally have details about Far Cry 5. Will the new information change Grif's mind about the game?  Netflix has put out a trailer for their Castlevania series and they've already renewed it for a second season. Will we ever get more details on the Witcher series they're working on? Is Nintendo partnering with Ubisoft for a Mario/Rabbids crossover? Seems like they may be! Possibly. Overwatch is celebrating a year of crazy fun with new maps, new skins, and lots of loot boxes. Red Dead Redemption 2 has been postponed until next yet. Episode 169- Asymmetrical Horror, Over Due Fixes, & Colonizing Mars

Everyone's itching to play an asymmetrical horror survival game but they can't decide which one to buy.  Deceit, Dead by Daylight, and Friday the 13th all look soooo good. Time to debate the options! In the news, there's talk of a new Assassin's Creed game based on a few screen shots and rumors. Will the new AC return to the roots of the series? Speaking of Ubisoft, the developer is looking to fix a few things for Rainbow Six: Siege. It only came out over a year ago, good thing they're getting around to that... Square Enix is planning to sell IO, the developer behind the Hitman series. The developers of Tropico announced a new game in which players will be tasked with colonizing Mars. And apparently Dead Island 2 isn't as dead as we'd thought. Will the game see the light of day soon? All this and much more on this week's Infinite Respawn Podcast!
